Welcome to Miss Laura Jane’s Montessori
At Miss Laura Jane’s Montessori, I provide calm, nurturing Montessori-inspired sessions where babies, toddlers, and young children can learn, explore, and grow alongside their parents and carers.
My classes are designed to encourage independence, confidence, curiosity, and connection through carefully prepared activities, sensory exploration, music, movement, and play-based learning in a warm and welcoming environment.
As an experienced Montessori educator, I am passionate about supporting each child’s natural development while creating special moments for families to enjoy together.
My sessions are centred around the Montessori approach and the beauty of vertical age groups, where children of different ages learn and grow together naturally.
Younger children are inspired by older peers, while older children develop confidence, leadership, patience, and kindness through helping and modelling to younger children.
I create a carefully prepared environment filled with sensory experiences, practical life activities, music, movement, creativity, and hands-on learning opportunities that support each child’s development at their own pace.
Baby Wonders
6 weeks – 18 months
Gentle baby classes focused on sensory discovery, bonding, movement, music, and early development in a calm Montessori environment.
Mondays
10:45am – 11:45am
12:30pm – 1:30pm
Little Explorers
18 months – 5 years
Fun and engaging Montessori-inspired sessions encouraging independence, practical life skills, creativity, language development, and exploration through hands-on activities.
Tuesdays
10:00am – 11:15am
12:00pm – 1:15pm
Saturday Specials & Half-Term Events
I also run special Saturday sessions and seasonal half-term events throughout the year, giving families additional opportunities to enjoy Montessori-inspired activities together.

How to Book
All classes and special events can be booked online through Bookwhen.

Block bookings are recommended and help provide consistency and routine for your child.
Securing a block booking allows you to keep your place for the duration of the block and gives priority. If space allows, I may occasionally release limited pay-as-you-go sessions.
